Priyamani has been through hell for the past couple of months. Apparently she was being harassed by a phone - stalker. An anonymous male had been calling her constantly and using vulgar language and suggestive innuendo. He was also peppering her with offensive messages.
The actress tried to ignore the calls and SMSes but her stalker would not leave her alone. She changed her number three times but the misreant managed to find out the new numbers and continued to bother her. Priyamani started wilting under the strain and friends and family were concerned. They approached the cops, who were able to track down the phone - stalker. They have arrested him and will be charging him.
Priyamani is relieved and is finally smiling again.
