The younger sister of Shalini and Ajith’s sister-in-law, Shamili came into the industry at a very young age and became a child prodigy thanks to her performance in films like Anjali and many other movies.
She later made an appearance in Ajith’s Kandukondain Kandukondain in 2000 and also as the lead actress in the Telugu movie Oy! in 2009. She then put a pause to her film career and went to Singapore to pursue a course in fashion designing. Now, she is back to Chennai and wants to set up a huge fashion store in a prominent area of Chennai.
Ajith is thus looking for a nice place in T.Nagar so that his sister-in-law can start proceedings at her new store either from Christmas or New Year. Does this mean an end to her film career?
