Seenu Ramasamy’s Neer Paravai is releasing on Diwali and the film, now has hit the news for a different reason. The director has decided to go on fast as his film, Neer Paravai that has been produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies, despite being certified ‘U’, has not been approved by the government for a tax exemption. The reason for being deprived of the tax exemption hasn’t been justified yet and this might raise political speculations pin pointing the vendetta the two parties have for each other.
Neer Paravai stars Vishnu, Sunaina, Nandita Das, Saranya Ponvannan, Thambi Ramaiah and Samuthirakani. Raghunandhan has delivered the music for the film and Balasubramaniem has cranked the lens.
