3, directed by Aishwarya Dhanush, is fast progressing and is in the final leg of its production. Along with playing the lead role in his spouse's direction venture, Dhanush also has sung almost all the songs for the movie's music album himself with an exception of one song, which is a duet with Shruti Hassan who incidentally plays his female lead in the film. 3's story is written by Aishwarya and music scored by Anirudh, a newcomer.
