Did Vinay say ‘no’ to Shankar?
If reports are to be believed, Vinay was
offered Madhavan’s role in the 3
Idiots remake but the actor declined the
offer. The buzz goes around in Kollywood
that Vinay feels the role does not give
him enough scope to perform and decided
against accepting Shankar’s offer.
It has to be mentioned here that Shankar
was toying with the idea of casting either
Vinay or Srikanth for the role and there
was an expectation that one of them could
bag the role. If Vinay declines, then
it could be Srikanth’s gain, say
sources.
