Gautham Menon has decided to cast Bindu
Madhavi, the Telugu actress who shot to
fame with the Shekar Kammula-directed
Avakkai Biriyani, for his next production
venture Veppam. This film is directed
by Anjana, an apprentice of Gautham.
Happy that she bagged the offer, Bindu
says that she was elated to star in a
Gautham Menon production which will also
mark her debut in Kollywood. Though she
plays a call girl in Veppam, Bindu says
that there will be no skin show or glamour.
Director Anjana has said that Bindu captured
her attention through modeling though
her role in Avakkai Biriyani was well-appreciated.
