A Srinivas, co - producer of the film on Veerappan - Vana Yudham in Tamil, Attahasa in Kannada ended his life on Saturday night with a single shot from a revolver to his head. Family and friends are inconsolable as they are still in the dark as to why he chose to end his life. The film ran into troubled waters as a stay order was issued preventing its release.
Some have cited this as a reason though others like Ramesh, the director of Vana Yudham and close friend of Srinivas insist he was not bothered about it and had no financial worries either. Kishore is playing the forest brigand in the film and Arjun plays Vijayakumar, Chief of the Special Task Force. Now the fate of the film remains uncertain.
