It is Karthi's birthday today! The actor is at Challakudy shooting for Alex Pandian with Anushka. The unit plans to throw him a big party tonight with cake and a scrumptious dinner. Closer home, his fans have arranged a host of charitable events in honor of the occassion. A blood donation camp has been organized at Pulianthope and food and clothes will be distributed to the inhabitants of an orphanage at Walltax Road. A football tournament as well as a Kabaddi match have been set up for the youngsters of North Chennai.
It is expected that a couple of tracks from Saguni will be released today as a special birthday treat for Karthi's fans. Fans are dying to watch Karthi's Saguni and it is expected to hit the theatres next month. He is also doing Alex Pandian and Rajesh's All in All Azhagu Raja.
