Producer KRG, in an open letter, has strongly criticized the happenings at the Producers’ Council. The producer has alleged that Rama Narayanan’s resignation is a drama. Elaborating on this, KRG said that it is strange that Rama Narayanan has resigned the very next day the elections results were out. He said that if there is an allegation that crores of rupees have been mishandled by Rama Narayanan, then he should give an explanation. He added that since SA Chandrasekar took up the President post soon after Rama Narayanan’s resignation, he would be held solely responsible for the corruption that was prevalent in the last five years.
KRG demanded that an election should be held soon to choose the President of the Council. He also said that it is not clear if Siva Shakthi Pandian had tendered his resignation or not.
