Director PV Prasad who did the film Kadhalil Vizhunthaen with Nakul and director Kicha of films like Maasi and Bhavani have been arrested in a cheating case by the Chennai police. The complaint was filed by producer Tamil Kumaran who has also been seen in serials like Chithi, Annamalai and Kolangal.
Tamil Kumaran has alleged that the two men have swindled nearly 65 lakhs from him using false promises and saying that they will make a film with his son, Vishwa. Director Kicha's flick Maasi with Arjun has been delayed because of this issue.
