A week ago Kushboo was excited that she has been invited to attend the International Conference on Youth at Nairobi. She was invited by United Nations Organisation to speak on youth empowerment at the summit. However, the actress has decided to skip the meet as her mother-in-law is hospitalised. Reports say that she wanted to be with her MIL who might have to undergo a heart surgery later this week and decided not to attend the UN meet. The actress is in the city after a whirlwind election campaign for the by-elections in Sankaran Koil for DMK candidate.
