Nandha who received a lot of appreciation for his role in Eeram will be seen next in Sharadha Ramanathan's Puthiya Thiruppangal. Andrea is the heroine. Puthiya Thiruppangal is going to be a hard hitting film as it tackles the subject of child trafficking but commercial elements have been woven in as well. Nandha plays an urban youth who wants to move to the USA but life has something entirely different planned for him. Andrea plays a journalist in the film and their paths cross.
Insiders reveal that the lead pair has great chemistry and the film has shaped up very well. Sharadha Ramanathan's first film was Sringaram, which received a lot of appreciation both at home and in the international film circuit. She will be hoping her second film gets a good response as well. Post production is almost complete for the film and it will be releasing in summer.
