Remember ‘En uchi mandella surrungudhu’ from Vettaikaran? Lyricist Annamalai has penned so many hit songs including this one for Vijay. But he couldn’t write one for Thuppakki.
“Most of my songs for Vijay have been huge hits. So, I wanted to write a song in Vijay’s upcoming film Thuppakki,” said the writer. For this purpose, he had tried to contact AR Murugadoss. “But, unfortunately he couldn’t be reached,” added Annamalai. He also said he will definitely write a song in Vijay’s future project.
It must also be noted that ‘Pottadhu Pathala’ from Saguni, which has become a rage, was penned by this lyricist.
