Henry of Pangaj Production Pvt. Ltd has threatened to initiate legal action on those who function against the rules and regulations of the Producers’ Council. In an open letter, Henry has stated that the Chairman of the Producers’ Council should be chosen through the secret ballot and the General Body does not have the right to appoint SA Chandrasekar as the Chairman.
It may be mentioned here that SA Chandrasekar took over as the Chairman when Rama Narayanan resigned soon after the state assembly elections were out.
Henry has said that the elections for the Producers’ Council should be held soon and until then the Council should go ahead only with its day-to-day work and duties.
