Shankar and his team were recently at AVM studios, shooting for the mega budget I. Amy Jackson, who plays one of the female leads in the film tweeted that she was done with her first schedule. Now we hear that a part of the film has a period setting. Shankar had tried this in Indian, in which a part of the story happens during the British rule.
We also hear that the director is trying to convince Deepika Padukone to do the other female lead in the film. If everything goes well, she will be seen in the second half of the film, say reports. The pretty Bollywood dame is making her Kollywood debut with the Rajinikanth starrer Kochadaiyaan.
