Prithviraj whose Urumi won critical acclaim both in India and abroad will be doing his next film with acclaimed Malayalam director, Shaji Kailash. He will be playing Nathuram Godse, the man who was responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.
The director feels that Godse was a complex character and the film will attempt to probe his psyche and the moments that led up to the eventual killing of one of the greatest leaders of the world. According to Shaji, "There was a struggle fought by Godse before doing the crime. The film is an attempt to trace and track it."
