Trisha was supposed to act in the Hindi remake of her blockbuster Tamil film Saamy, opposite Sanjay Dutt. K.S.Ravikumar is directing this Hindi remake. But, now Trisha has declined this offer citing her busy schedule. She is already busy with 3 Tamil films while this Hindi project required her continuous dates till August.
Remember Trisha has done just one film in Hindi, Khatta Meetha, which was a box-office failure. With this move, Trisha has made her priorities clear. She is here to stay and her Tamil fans can rejoice. Meanwhile, Prachi Desai has replaced Trisha in the Hindi remake of Saamy, which is untitled as yet.
