The Kerala Government has appointed director K Bhagyaraj as the president of the Kerala State Award Committee for judging the films that released in 2011. He along with his panel of jury will start from 7th July. They will be nominating films for the prestigious award, from the shortlisted 40 films. The winners will be announced anytime after 15th July.
