Namma Veedu Vasantha Bhavan - a popular vegetarian restaurant launched an outlet at AGS cinemas in Villivakkam today. Mr Kalpathi S Aghoram, his daughter Archana, and singer Chinmayee were present for the inauguration. Children from NGOs Shelter and Lawrence Charitable Trust were also there for the event and to treat themselves to the yummy spread that was specially prepared for them.
Patrons of AGS cinemas will be receiving special discounts for the 1st week. The menu features a blend of South Indian snacks, Chinese rice varieties, and Tandoori items. Beverages, chaat, and fresh fruit juices will also be available. A number of food - related activities like recipe contests have been planned. What makes this place novel will be that cinema, kaaram, and coffee will be available under the same roof.
