Vijay was in Salem yesterday to distribute various welfare measures. The actor made it to the dais along with his father and director-producer SA Chandrasekar at 6:30 pm and addressed the gathering.
The star said that he is extremely happy that his Salem fans are following the principles set by him. He said his fans in Salem organize such functions immediately when they come to know that similar ones are being held by Vijay in Chennai. Vijay said that he is happy that his fans are dedicated and service-oriented.
The star reiterated that he always wanted to do something for his fans and the day for it is not far off. He also took the opportunity to thank his fans for working for the AIADMK’s victory though most of the fans belonged to different political parties.
