Ajith has said in an interview to a popular daily that there are five bad men in Mankatha and he plays the worst among them. He has said that his role cannot be categorized as a hero or villain. The star has said that he plays an ordinary man who is interested only in money.
The role of Vinayak Mahadevan will be very interesting and Ajith has put in all his efforts and hard work to perfect the role. He gives full credit to director Venkat Prabhu for creating such a role and extracting the correct output from him.
