Reports from Kollywood suggest that Bollywood star Salman Khan may grace the audio release function of Osthi. Since this film has Silambarasan as the lead star and it is a remake of the Hindi blockbuster Dabangg which starred Salman, he is said to have agreed to make it to the audio launch function. STR and Salman share a very good rapport and this is also one of the main reasons for the latter agreeing to attend the audio launch, sources in Kollywood say.
Osthi’s shooting is currently progressing at breakneck speed. This film, which is directed by Dharani, stars Richa Gangopadhyay as the female lead.
