It was a melee at the international airport in Chennai last night as Rajinikanth landed from Singapore with his wife Latha and daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya. The security arrangements were not up to the mark and the Superstar’s car could not move as his fans literally threw themselves up on the vehicle.
While it was expected that Rajini would arrive through the main entrance, he made his exit through Gate 6. The Superstar walked as brisk as ever and there was no indication that he suffered a serious health condition just two months ago. He waved cheerfully to his fans who were waiting at the entrance in large numbers to welcome their hero.
It was expected that Rajini would go to his home in Poes Garden or his residence in Kelambakkam but he did not go there. It is said that he may rest at his Padappai farm house for some days before returning home.
