Music maestro Ilayaraja has always advocated good cinema. To emphasize his interest in meaningful movies, the maestro has taken up distribution rights for an upcoming movie. Ratnakumar, who has been the script writer for films like Kizhakku Seemayile, Karuthamma and Kadal Pokkal, has directed a movie called 'Sengathu Bhoomiyile'.
Ilayaraja was so moved by the movie while scoring the background music for the movie that he immediately agreed to distribute the movie. Sengathu Bhoomiyile has Pawan, Senthil, Sonalakshmi , Priyanka and Singam Puli in the cast. This movie will be distributed under Ilayaraja's new banner 'Swami Cine Arts'.
