Siruthai and Aadukalam’s advance booking began today! Both the films are due to be released this Friday, January 14th, 2010 and fans are eagerly waiting to find out which one will emerge victorious at the box office. Being the Pongal weekend, movie buffs are eager to catch up as many films as they could and the beginning of the ticket sales today turned out to be a treat.
Aadukalam is a Madurai-based story which has Dhanush and Tapasee playing the lead roles and the film is directed by Vetrimaaran. Siruthai is a Karthi-Tamannah starrer directed by Siva.
Since both these films have bankable stars, the tickets were sold like hot cakes right from its commencement, sources say.
