Prithvi, son of actor-director Pandiarajan, is currently acting in the Tamil film 18aam Kudi. The shooting of this film was in progress and a song was being shot with Prithvi dancing right in the middle of the fire. Unexpectedly, during the canning of this shot, Prithvi suffered burn injuries.
The entire cast and crew were shocked by the fire accident and rushed Prithvi to the Apollo Hospital in Madurai where he is stated to be out of danger. Prithvi’s parents, who were in Chennai when the incident occurred, rushed to Madurai on hearing the news and are taking care of him.
The final day shooting of 18aam Kudi, which was slated for today, has been cancelled.
