Meena gave birth to a healthy female baby on January 1st, 2011 at a private hospital in Chennai. Both the mother and daughter are doing fine, report our sources. Meena debuted as a child artist and went on to become one of the top heroines in Kollywood and Tollywood.
The actress, who married software engineer Vidyasagar on July 12th 2009 in Tirupati, is currently acting in the Tamil film Thambikottai and has some television projects. Her last release was Vijaykanth’s Mariyadhai which hit the screens in December 2010.
