During the trailer and audio launch of Seedan, Latha Rajinikanth said that she and Rajini always considered Dhanush as their son and not as their son-in-law. She added that they are proud of Dhanush as much as his parents Kasturiraja and Vijayalakshmi Kasturiraja are.
Speaking during this occasion, Dhanush said that Rajini never gave him any advice or tips all these years but Kamal Haasan is the one who always comes out with straight-forward comments.
