This has been a relentless ritual of dishonoring the celebrities and technicians of Bollywood. While dozens of awards are dedicated for the felicitation of best ones, Ghanta Awards honor the ‘worst of various departments’.
Recently, the committee members of Ghanta Awards listed the winners of season Diwali 2009-2010. Himesh Reshammiya as the Worst Actor while Aishwarya Rai bagged the Worst Actress Award for her gesture of persistently hitting up Sonam Kapoor. Udhay Chopra and Priyanka Chopra were adjudged as the Worst Couple, and Worst Director award went to Sajid Khan; Pyaar Impossible as Worst Movie. The celebrities have remained far from making comments on such dishonoring awards.
