Bala’s Paradesi has come out clean from the censors with a ‘U’ certificate. Bala did say that he has reduced the violence in this film during an event. Bala's earlier films Naan Kadavul and Avan Ivan, were released with U/A certificates and Pithamagan with an ‘A’.
Looks like Bala has kept the violence down to get a ‘U’ and the censor board officials were all praise for the director, say reports.
Atharva Murali, Vedhika and Dhansika play the lead roles in Paradesi and GV Prakash has composed the music. The film, which is set in a pre-independent period, will hit the screens probably on December 28th. It was earlier slated for December 21st but the crowded release schedule might see Paradesi come a week later. An official announcement is awaited regarding the release date.
