Selvaraghavan has been getting a lot of critical acclaim for Mayakkam Enna. But the icing on the cake was when heavyweights from the industry complimented him on his work. Mani Ratnam called him up and told him that he had loved the film. Vikram gave Selva positive feedback on the film and legendary filmmaker, Bharathiraja also appreciated the film.
Selva was overwhelmed and he thanked all three men profusely for their kindness and the warmth. He said that such encouragement from insiders as well as fans inspires him to work harder and make many more quality films.
