Rajinikanth and Latha’s Sashtiapthapoorthi (60th birthday celebration) was celebrated at their Poes Garden residence in Chennai today. The function began at 7:30 am and was wrapped up by 9:00 am. Only very close friends and relatives were present during this occasion.
Kamal Haasan made it to Rajini’s residence to shower the couple with his best wishes. Other than him, Rajini’s close pals and family members were there to wish and bless the couple. CM M Karunanidhi and deputy CM MK Stalin wished the couple over the phone on this joyous occasion.
Latha Rajinikanth’s sister, brother-in-law YG Mahendran and Rajini’s elder brother and family were some of the notable guests.
