The Mugamoodi fever has started, with the film ready to hit the screens on Friday, 31st August. The producers, UTV Motion Pictures are giving heavy publicity for the super hero film. Meanwhile, they have also revealed a few interesting details about the film.
The stunt choreographer of the film Tony Leung has worked with Bruce Lee in the ever green film, ‘Enter the Dragon’. Tony has trained Jiiva, Narain and Selva in a specialized martial art called ‘Wing Chun’. The international choreographer, who has an experience of over 40 years in this particular art, has created 5 jaw dropping action sequences.
The super hero suit that Jiiva sports was designed by yet another international designer, Gaebriella Wilkins, who has worked with Disney land and Cirque du Soleil. She, along with 10 of her assistants took 6 months to design this costume. A dozen suits and more than 30 different masks were created for the character, out of which Mysskin chose the best. The suit was reduced to 4 kg from 8, yet it proved very difficult for Jiiva, who without complaining has carried it throughout the film, brag the producers.
The makers have also hired researchers to study and make the costume much easier to carry for the sequel.
