“Mankatha is simple”

In a recent interview to a national daily, director Venkat Prabhu has said that he has kept Mankatha simple as he wants even a child to understand the film. According to the director, he did not want to get too experimental with Ajith’s 50^th film considering the stakes involved.

When asked about his next project, Venkat Prabhu said that he has not yet decided about it but may make a sequel of Chennai 28. The director is however skeptical about this project because he feels that if not handled properly it may not get the response Chennai 28 had got.
