The latest news from the Karikalan camp is that Raktha Charitra heroine Radhika Apte and Kaavalan girl Mitra Kurein have been signed to play opposite Vikram in Karikalan. The movie as the name suggests is a historical subject directed by L I Kannan who is well known for his special effects.
The first schedule of Karikalan has been completed and the director is all set to kick start the second schedule.
Karikalan has Vikram in the lead with three leading ladies, Zareen Khan, Mitra Kurien and Radhika Apte.
Vikram is working on two projects, Karikalan and Rajapattai at one go. The buzz is that Vikram and A L Vijay will pair up again after the roaring success of Deiva Thirumagal.
