The audio launch of Endhiran took place in
Malaysia last month with several actors and
actresses participating. Noted among the absentees
was Dhanush, Rajinikanth’s son-in-law. There
was huge speculation in Kollywood that Dhanush
would take part in this event.
Enquiries in Kollywood reveal that Dhanush
was involved in the shooting of Maappillai
and hence could not attend the event. It
has to be mentioned here that Maappillai
is the remake of yesteryear smash hit in
which Rajini played the lead role.
Dhanush has reportedly said that his travel
to Malaysia would mean loss to his producer
and so he decided to stay back.
