Vijaykanth's son Shanmuga Pandian will be making his debut with the Tamil remake of Jr NTR's film, Brindavanam. It was a smash hit and had the Telugu star romancing Kajal Agarwal and Samantha. Vijaykanth has bought the rights to the film and will be remaking the film with a leading director in Tamil.
The search is also on for suitable leading ladies. Shanmuga Pandian is working hard in preparation for his debut film, it has been reported. He is hitting the gym regularly, preparing for fight sequences and also learning dance.
