Sundar C’s laugh riot Kalakalappu @ Masala Café is all set to release. The film marks Sundar C’s 25th directorial venture and will hit the screens on May 11th. Sundar C is upbeat about the film and said, “It is going to be a hilarious film. I’m sure it’ll create the impact Ullathai Allitha did.” Ullathai Allitha released in 1996 was a comedy film directed by him that featured Karthik, Goundamani and Rambha in lead roles, which became a super hit at the BO. Kalakalappu has been certified ‘U’ by the censor board.
The film stars Shiva, Vimal, Santhanam, Oviya and Anjali. It is jointly produced by Avni Cinemax and UTV Motion Pictures. Senthil has wielded the camera and Vijay Ebenezer has done the music.
