Richa Gangopadhyay hasn’t acted in Tamil post Mayakkam Enna and Osthi. When asked why, she reasons that she is very selective about her role. She feels she had a perfect launch pad followed by Osthi. Now she is looking for something much different than what she has already done. She says that she has already rejected 8 scripts and will do the film which her gut says is right. Presently, she is shooting for a Bengali film Bikram Singha, a remake of Karthi starrer Siruthai.
