The Tamil Nadu Chief Election Commissioner Pravin Kumar Chawla has said that he has seen the clippings of Rajini casting his vote but could not make out to whom he cast his vote. Mr. Pravin Kumar Chawla said that the video clippings shot through the camera in the polling booth and those telecast by television channels did not show clearly on whom the Superstar cast his vote for.
However, the video clippings have been sent to the Election Commission for scrutiny and they will decide if a re-poll at the Stella Maris polling booth in which Rajini exercised his franchise is necessary. It may be noted that a re-poll will be ordered if the Commission decides that the secret ballot system is not followed at this polling booth.
