A Mumbai court on Wednesday reportedly pronounced one-year prison term for a 22-year-old man for accosting a 16-year-old girl in 2015. Announcing the verdict, the court reportedly said, A man grabbing a woman's hand in public and saying "I love you" can be defined as outraging her modesty under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
