Search engine Yahoo will reportedly rename its remaining business to 'Altaba,' following the sale of its core internet business to Verizon for $4.83 billion. Altaba will be a combination of Yahoo’s stake in Alibaba Group and Yahoo Japan. Further, Yahoo's CEO Marissa Mayer, Co-founder David Filo, and four others will step down from the board. The new company also named Eric Brandt chairman of the board.
