Public prosecutor Rajarathinam reportedly said that all the 119 MLAs have given written statements that they are staying in the resort on their own will. “A team comprising one ADSP and 4 inspectors went to the resort on the 11th of February and all the 119 MLAs were given a questionnaire by the team”, said Rajarathinam. The prosecutor further added that all the MLAs filled up the questionnaire stating that they were staying in the resort on their own will and they are ready to submit the statements to the court if needed.
