Video footage shows fatal crash by self-driving Uber

Tempe police in Arizona, US, has released a horrific video footage which shows a self-driving Uber vehicle crashing into a pedestrian. The footage was taken from two angles - inside view of the car and driver’s view. The Uber safety driver, 44-year-old Rafaela Vasquez, can be seen looking down for several seconds, just as the crash happened. The killed pedestrian was identified as 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg, say reports.
