The second round of talks that aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war was held yesterday. The Ukrainian envoy said Russia had not complied with the request and had agreed to deport civilians on humanitarian grounds. The public is relieved.

The two countries have also reached an understanding on the delivery of medicines and food to areas of fiercest fighting. This is the first time since the start of the war that the two countries have reached to an agreement.
