Toronto: Van ploughs through crowd; 10 killed

According to reports, a rented van plowed down a crowded sidewalk in Toronto on Monday (Canadian timing), killing at least 10 people and injuring 15. The van driver fled the spot but was quickly arrested by police. Reportedly, the witnesses said the driver was moving fast and appeared to be acting deliberately. However, police officials have not made comments on the claim.
