Archaeologists in southern Turkey have reportedly discovered the tomb of the original Santa Claus beneath the ruins of an ancient church near the Mediterranean Sea on Thursday. ‘Santa Claus’ also known as Saint Nicholas of Myra (now Demre) was known for his anonymous gift-giving and generosity. “We have obtained very good results but the real work starts now. We will reach the ground and maybe we will find the untouched body of Saint Nicholas”, said Cemil Karabayram, the director of surveying and monuments in Antalya.
