Why buy a pack of brand new tissues for less than Rs 100 when you can get used ones for over Rs 5,000? Confused? A Los Angeles-based company is now selling already used tissues to customers.
Why? Apparently, the used tissues will help customers develop immunity. Vaev Tissues in its website writes, "We believe that when flu season comes around, you should be able to get sick on your terms. We believe using a tissue that carries a human sneeze is safer than needles or pills."
The tissues are said to be "specially treated with organic ingredients" and "is non-prescription". The tissues are sold at $79.99 which is approximately Rs 5,700.
