WHATSAPP HELPS POLICE NAB DRUG DEALER

Police in Britain arrested a drug dealer by analysing his fingerprints from a photo of his hand sent on WhatsApp. The photograph, that contained a part of his hand was allegedly sent by the dealer to his clients.

After arresting a man based on a tip-off, the police searched his phone and found the photograph of a drug dealer, Elliott Morris holding ecstasy pills in his hands. The photo was scanned by a scientific support unit which helped identify the dealer.
