COUPLE RECREATES SCENES FROM POPULAR SHOW ‘MONEY HEIST’ IN PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT; PHOTOS INSTANTLY GO VIRAL! 

Pre-Wedding or Post Wedding photoshoot is not something new anymore; now a days every couple plans it before or after the marriage. Even setting a theme during the photoshoot has become an important factor to think on. 

Recently, a couple from Philippines hit headlines after their themed La Casa De Papel (Money Heist) inspired pre-wedding photoshoot surprised fans all across the world.

The couple has been identified as Andrew Roilo and Inez Quial, who wore Salvador Dali masks, red jumpsuits, carried fake guns and also had paper money thrown around.

The photos, which were taken by photographer Hafid Caballes, who recreated every minute details from the popular show; also won hearts on social media. 

According to the Cosmopolitan report, the shoot took place at the Temple of Leah in Cebu City, Philippines, which resembles the Royal Mint of Spain where show’s heist takes place. “I always wanted an out of this world theme. I don’t really like the usual romantic dreamy vibes for a prenup shoot because I think that there will be more of that ‘theme’ during the actual wedding itself,” Roilo told VICE.

“One day, while I was watching Netflix, an idea came to mind about having a Netflix-inspired prenup. And of all my favorite Netflix movies and series, Money Heist stood out,” he said. 

As the couple are healthcare workers and have been fighting against COVID-19, so the costume became an easy choice to them. Quial is a doctor in Cebu while Rolio is a critical care unit nurse based in London.

“Honestly, we initially felt anxious regarding the photoshoot because we didn’t know what to expect and whether or not the team will be able to direct us properly in order to pull off the theme,” Rolio said. “What has started as anxiety turned into fun,” he added. 

For the shoot, the couple hired a team of 18 creatives, who came prepared with a storyboard to ensure the photos would match up to the scenes as much as possible. The couple even made a ‘save the date’ video for their wedding which looks like a trailer for the series.

The couple now plan to get married on November 25 in Cebu, while the number of guests have bee brought down from 150 to just 50.
